    The 60% float isn't really indicative of anything. I doubt a cornerstone would/could acquire enough shares by stealth. And even if they did it would take months until they had a decent quantity without moving the price skywards. The more likely scenario is SYA would take them onboard with equity issue or options.

    What I'm really wondering about though is the likelihood of Quebec taking a position. They've been burnt twice now so I imagine they would be cautious and looking at it twice over before anything happens. In saying that, if the Gov does come onboard, this would signal a major shift in the fundamentals of the company. Even more so than the NAL acquisition.

    My read on the situation is that the key players are merely waiting to see how the NAL bid unfolds. Once the key variables are known we should have a flurry of activity. In your experience, do you have feel how long they may take to finalise the NAL deal?
