I got it wrong, its 3! issues now for a total of 21.6m shares since February.

The most insulting thing is they complain about the Chinese driving the SP down to silly levels just a few days ago

and go and do another issue at 4c lows

thats 15% more shares in 6 weeks...so this comes into play

Listing Rule 7.1 prohibits a listed entity from issuing ordinary securities amounting to more than 15% of the ordinary securities it had on issue twelve months earlier
