re: Ann: Appendix 3B and Notice under Section... Managed to buy in today at 1.2c .. i've never understood why directors issue shares at such lows and unnecessary dilute. It happened to another company I'm following (STB) but the upside of this is we get a chance to buy shares cheap again.
Long term I would be weary of sticking with directors who destroy value like this.
On a positive note 1.3 is holding well, hoping to see a steady climb now that the floor has been set by a 1.2c placement. Considering progress is steady.
Can't see too many negatives at this SP, looking forward to the next few months...
