ATM, the most important thing is to keep the ball roll, on the positive side, the board was trying to issue as minimum share as possible, and as we approach to commissioning, no surprise it will go beyond 0.018 to complete shortfall. The only thing I feel not comfortable is being long term suffer Shareholder, we can not get 0.012 placement with free options, while some new investor or institution can easily get it and dump it on to market to make profit straightaway, which is extremely unfair.
