Surely a discount to prevailing sp is sufficient enticement, the way these placements are structured there is no incentive for placement getters to hold their shares.
C'mon ERJ management if you cant get a placement for a piddly $138k away without having to sweeten the deal with free oppies then imo you arent promoting the company effectively
Pull your socks up and start thinking of the real shareholders in this company
