For anyone here who's interested, I began a thread on the WBT forum called The Cloud. I don't mean to sound like I'm cross promoting here, but contributors to that thread give great insights into "the cloud," how it's structured, what it is and a little about the technologies that power data retention. These insights have made me aware of the domain that Cloudten hunts in.
