After thinking this through, I think this is actually positive news. We have all been worried about whether someone will come partner us and bring this to production. Maybe this is it. E.g. A cornerstone Chinese investor maybe with $20m upfront funding with shares held in escrow. Maybe that's why SP is kept low?

Either way, I'm encouraged that many parties are interested in the resource that we have.

Maybe this is what we need to re-rate.

In relation to KJ selling shares to convert options... Maybe the poor bloke doesn't have $200k in his offset to splash out? After all, he now owns more shares. Maybe they are converting now before the major re-rate?
