This issue of shares to sophisticated friends , sorry, investors, is a disgrace. The amount is so small, that it could have been borrowed at attractive interest rates. Alternatively, it could have been offered to existing loyal shareholders, whom, at this attractive price, I believe, would have taken up the offer. If they are so desperate for 1 million, it begs the question, just how short of cash are they, and how is it possible to "blow" 32 million a few months earlier?
i will be putting these questions to the board at next year's AGM. While my sentiment is to sell, I have the feeling that they have now hit rock bottom, and are likely to go up from here..............despite the boards poor decision making of late.
