I read the reports, curtesy of Peter Lynch. Not too bad actually but Karan and Eddie have obviously found something misleading or inadequate that they claimed has cost Cokal money.
The report has the 55 km road that services BBM and TBAR plus the river port at Purnama.
The reports also endorsed the Mississippi style barging system. I told Peter that it would not work due to inconsistent depth, wide load, sharp turns and fast flowing river. BHP did this study to death. Plus the Muara Teweh Bridge is not passable with that style barge.
However, Peter was dead keen on the concept.
The way I read it, they are just dismissing the report and demanding a refund plus damages. Someone said USD 2.2 million which looks about correct.
