You bet Pixie! Lot of existing holders want a return or a return of capital so there will be plenty of selling. The company likely knows it.
Therefore, I'm speculating that they are working hard on some sort of big bang Zika announcement which will see more new buyers take an interest in the stock.
Short term end game for the board is to get the rights exercised because without that they will have to really grovel to shareholders for cash.
