BLM applications are in ..they are waiting for notification of approval they do not expect any problems getting approval..it is in the hands of the BLM dept..Steve is waiting ,we are waiting ..dahrouge is waiting ...drilling will commence when approval comes..it is not management holding it up it is the processing by BLM that is doing it..they have their own processing ways..checks have to be done etc..will happen soon shortly hopefully..an ANN could come at anytime from now..all been processed from CADs management side..
