Still confused, So both conversion relates only to Tranch 1B and not Tranch 1A. That means which still have $1 million on Tranch 1A and $983,333 om Tranch 1B.
So I suppose they will not be converting the rest of Tranch 1A ($1 million) as this would be repurchase back pending SH approval.
