I note that 30,300,000 shares in the placement were issued under listing rule 7.1A, which was the subject of resolution 4 at the AGM, confirming knowledge of intentions at the time.
Listing rule 7.1 would allow another 45 million to be issued without prior shareholder approval. 4,000,000 of the placement fell under this rule.
The updated table below shows detail of any outstanding unlisted options. There are a few exercisable by the end of this month, which clearly won’t make it to the exercise price.
