share price means nothing on a biotech up until the time that a deal is done...let's not speculate as to the how's, why's, maybes... When people buy into a biotech before any partnering deals it is purely on a punt on the deal that will be done post Phase II and that it will put a rocket under the SP.
Let's not lose sight of this fact...anyone trying to explain the SP in the meantime is blowing hot air.
