Treading water? Now there's an interesting concept for a business, that would mean it is going nowhere. Perhaps you are onto something. When I held these I was being educated in what not to invest in, it looks like it is still a useful tool. It hasn't sunk yet so that is good. These type of companies are great assets to hold on your watch list where there is no cost.
