Why convert your shares early , unless you want to sent a message to market that
you are going to convert them, and you are letting people know that you are trying
to lessen the overhang by Xmas.
I am going to sell half my options and convert the rest, and am saving hard.
Petty they convert around xmas with so many hols and bills to pay.
I would be thinking 10 to 20 days of share weakness around conversion time, probably
18m shares to come on the market.
If I was a option C holder, it makes since to spread your selling to 2m per month, and not upset
the small market too much.
