That means Hazer Board has approved 9.8m Series E shares to be converted into HZROs, which has enabled all their buddies to sell their freeby options to unsuspecting retailers like ourselves.
"HZROs aren't to be traded" is a shameful comment from Ward. He has received free options for his role, but we all had to pay for ours.
Yet we are treated like the village idiots.
The only person I feel for is Cornejo who has has exercised all his options and sold close to zero. I wonder how he feels about all these fat cats? I'm sure he has some empathy for us retailers, but the rest of management clear don't give a f#@%
