    Hi @RobbieinAus I have had another quick look at the prospectus and I believe the part you have highlighted is for when tranche e comes into play.

    Tranche e has not been confirmed (taken up) I'm pretty sure tranche e is due to be taken up in December.

    I will chase up more information though.
