    This Conversion:
    150,000 CN =15,864,520 shares

    153,650 CN remaining (47,728 + 105,922)
    @ 105.7634 shares per CN (~9 shares less per CN compared to last conversion)
    = 16,250,557 shares remaining

    So all up including today's conversion and the remaining CN, they have a total balance of ~32,115,077 shares.
