Isn't the value of the CN is USD$1 not 1.1 (it is only 1.1 when they decide to hold full term and gain 10% which is not the case here since they are converting).
But all in all, its good to see this last bit of Tranche D CNs coming out... the holder may already be anticipating a rise in SP soon.
