These CNs have been going on for a while and are nothing new. They provide cash for the company, and perhaps even shows confidence in the company from the CN holder (you would think they have a lot more information for their due diligence than us common shareholders).

All part of being a start up company and investing in this spec end of the market.

As long as the SOL and PGAS deals come good and we receive cash from those deals, I'm happy to hold and buy on the dips.

I think everyone would be happy with that. But so far all it is is a pipe dream.

There are so many If's and when's with all these posts. I am looking for the one that says we're a go, we actually are doing something we mentioned. No if or whens.
