Though it would be nice to know the internal plans and negotiations that may be going on I don't think it's appropriate to be announcing something until a decision is made, or a deal completed.
They have already given us a time line and basic funding structure.
They will have plenty of funding options and will be negotiating to secure the best deal, probably playing various interested parties against each other.
Until a deal is signed I would hope to hear nothing.
