wow someone just got nearly a third of the company by converting a small part of the notes lol. I also see another lot to be converted before 30/9 so they will have around 40% between the 2 conversions. Only problem is that the company is valued at 1 million and the conversion amounted to the same in dollar terms. Pretty poor performance also if they cannot even pay the $24k interest and instead issue more shares. I put forward a vote that we pay chris in shares instead of cash for his annual $250k salary ( That is all of our net cash coming in to just pay his wages lol )
