    For the record, 27 million shares is chicken feed. On very slow days, this volume is turned over in less than 2 days. On high turnover day, 27M shares are usually traded within the 1st 2 hours of trading. Perspective please! Perhaps it's a bit of book keeping & ledger balancing before the big announcement! Think about it!
