    Sorry but I didn't intend on getting into an argument regarding the technicalities of settlement and/or registry messages. My point being the shares wouldn't have been dumped right after the announcement as that's not when they're available (as you allude to in your last sentence). These types of petty arguments are why I generally keep quiet on HC...
