Yeah the numbers don't add up. Maybe I am missing something.
The announcement states $850,000 of the convertible note was executed to secure 35,962,286 shares at 0.035.
35,962,286 x 0.035 = $1,258,680.
Are they switching between USD and AUD?
Also I thought the terms of the convertible note were "The conversion price is equal to 92% of the average of a VWAP formula prior to a conversion notice." How is that 0.035? The vwap is .o49, which means they should be .045 per share right?
