    Totally agree UFX. Employee options should be used as incentives for management to work hard and appreciate the SP not as additional salaries. I would have thought .20/.25/.30/.50 would have been more realistic numbers in differing quantities. I wouldn't mind if they were even given shares in holding based on performance of the company.
