It is the employees who also have run this company to the ground: Sales, marketing, etc. Now they are given an incentive that if they lift the languishing share price by 50% they get rewarded.

I wish I was loaded and had a share $25K to throw away. I would buy all the stock up to $0.038. They could go any vest there shares and watch complacency sit in. The share price would drop and then they would know how us mum and dad investors feel.
