I believe it says "in October"... i also belive this was revised as conpared to the ann regarding the completion of the TEF (29 July)... as that ann stated "by October"
Twas the first thing i noticed in the 25th aug update... all good.... this seemingly ties into a date after nlc and nmdc AGMs.... bit more free time for thw head honchos to orchestrate sogning of commercial terms
