Have a look at a chart, any old chart...they have some uppy bit and some downy bits
Then have a look at the RFT chart, it had quite a few uppy bits, infact more uppy bits than downy bits...that generally means it’s going up...
I kinda feel like you’ve got the wrong end of the stick with this whole trading thing?
