I don't think Wayne have any concerns about SP otherwise he would have issued the options at 20 cents not 26, this has become a storm in a tea cup, seriously, its a win win situation, the company gets around 300K if the options get converted and our great workers get rewarded, anyone who ever ran a business knows that getting and keeping good workers is hard, if they get better offers from the competition they might leave us.
At this crucial turning point for our company we need to get the best employees and keep what we have.
