Wess - these options expire 22/9/2022. Clause 7.(f) of the ESOP provides "subject to Rule 10 the Options may be exercised any time during the Exercise period". Rule 10 provides among other things "an Option holder may not exercise any option unless the Exercise Conditions (if any) have been satisfied, reached or met"
I can't find any information on any conditions attaching to these options.
