These interesting highlights should get you even a little more excited .....and feeling good about CTM's possible future......smile.png

If we assume then that Terrativa get's its initial $1 M in shares at say .01 cents. That's 100,000,000 shares on top of they're previous 76,501,476 ( 3.32 % ) they had sitting on the Register in second spot in the Top 20 ( as per the last Annual Report ).

So if we were to assume for a moment that ALL OB's are converted , that would leave us with a total of 3,340,531,740 SOI , with Terrativa then holding 176,501,476 or 5.28%. In the event we are only able to convert say half the OB's , Terrativa's holding would increase further to 5.88 % based on total approximate SOI of 3 billion shares outstanding.

It really gets more interesting from this point as we take a close look at the Market Capitalisation performance hurdle payments. So should Terrativa elect to receive their compensation through the A $1.4 million in shares for both the $50 million and $100 million milestones it will look something like this :-

So at $50 million we can obviously assume Terrativa would be receiving their shares at around 1.8 cents or 77,777,778 additional shares bringing their theoretical new holding ( assuming they don't sell off any ) to 254,279,254 or between 7,6% and 8.5 % of total SOI.

From there , if we further assume the OC's would then be converted in their entirety adding another 200 million to the SOI ,these percentages would then drop down to between 7.18% and 7.94 %

So again with the assumption that we get to the $100 million mark quicker than most would expect , Terrativa can theoretically get another A $1.4 million worth of shares at approximately 3.3 cents or 42,424,242 shares - bringing their final total (assuming no further payments via issue of shares ) to 296,703,496 or between 7.73% and 8.4 % of CTM

So Territiva goes from 3.32% at last Annual Report to potentially 8.4% which conveniently becomes a nice little ' blocking stake ' when you add it together with Bolin's and Gordon's approximate combined 7% plus holdings.

In addition to all this , I reckon we can also assume that if the re-rate happens relatively quickly , Territiva will be more than happy to maintain their Top 20 shareholdings while they continue to receive they're further 5 - 6 monthly installments of A $500k ( $2 million if paid early ) . A defacto ' escrow ' period if you will while CTM fast tracks it's project cashflows.

These of course are only my thoughts on the issue(s) , and what are primarily the basis for me in formulating the opinion and expectation(s) that we will indeed see some interesting substantial notices coming through sooner than later......... sneaky.png
