I don't understand why they aren't offering the options to shareholders at a discount before offering them to an outside company? I would gladly pick up options as a discount and convert immediately as would quite a few others I imagine.
Probably just my inexperience in this area but it seems to me like there could have been a better way about converting the options that would have been more inline with shareholder interests. Not trying the bring them down, they've done a fantastic job and obviously know what they are doing.
