Oh im sure there are people that converted and its leaving them in the red currently. But there are a LOT of people who are holding options, even from just prior to relisting, let alone prior to xped rto announcement even. Just saying there would be a lot of option holders that are well in the green on them even after converting.
All mine were only an average of 0.091c when I switched them out.
