Going to guess that this option exercise is an executive digging in to help out the company. From the annual report:-
"500,000 unlisted options expiring on 19 August 2014 were issued on 19 August 2010 to Brian Dunn. There
were no performance conditions, because they were awarded in recognition of the efforts of Mr Dunn with
regards to the Company’s capital raising objectives, and are exercisable immediately"
