I would think EV needs to consider sale of KTI to PTF. $4.4 mill, for which PTF are actively pursuing the right funding model.
It's currently an asset still owned by S3R until payment is received and agreed.

Also, from Jan 11 announcement,

• "The Company is actively reviewing opportunities across a number of sectors including Blockchain enabled technologies "
  
  suggesting the acquisition process is well down the track.
  
  The Funding agreement may need to coincide with the acquisition, and from what's been stated, both are being processed concurrently. So, the takeaway message I get from that is , best be in if you are interested , as thing may happen quickly and the EV is very modest if all their intentions play out.
  
  Anyway, good to see buyers returning today.
