We are more than halfway through the 3 cent gift options now - still 45,210,000 to go by my count but that still represents another $1.35mil which should prevent any need for a CR. Those converting them no doubt end up on the Sell Side for a quick win. Good luck to them, doesn't change the overall outlook.
