One has to ask the question why they can't get a deal done with a global western Pharma if the MSB stem cells are soooo good?! Two possible reasons 1: MSB is in the box seat they don't need them they can go it alone 2: Global western Pharma sell expensive drugs that frequently add too the problem and they sell more to solve problems so if they were to enter the stem cell industry they're effectively cutting there revenue. short answer is their stem cell treatments are not and can never by homogeneous and therefore become 'off the shelf' treatments. Considering the number of patients MSB have treated and there consistent results I think that as highly unlikely. I have read somewhere that 1 donation of cells can produce 7000 treatments and it has been proven that they can select donations very carefully to produce consistent products. MSB is lucky they got their deal because if they hadn't they would staring down the barrel of yet another raise with no substantial good news. It has been demonstrated that MSB no longer require funding from capital raising and good news ,well that will be up to Mr Market to judge however I can inform you that there will be plenty of news in the coming months and years. CYP on the other hand is just starting its life and truly has global, mass market application for its treatments but is hitting high value niche indications first. Yes and a very long way to go. Why CYP are copying MSB in its pathway is concerning as FDA will only give fast track and alike to first in the field. Good things will happen for CYP but as always with biotech it takes time!
