I cannot see there being enough daily turnover available for MT to sell on market, he would need to sell approximate 2.6mil shares @55c over the next 9 days.
Mr Thompson’s shareholding includes 4 million shares issued during the 2014 financial year as part of a Management Incentive Plan. This was provided via a non-recourse interest free loan amounting to $1,480,000 which is payable by 23 June 2019
