I don't have a strong opinion, mostly because 200k is an insignificant amount (being less than 0.2% of stock on issue).
Why are the options being exercised? These options are not listed and can't be traded, so I would guess that the owner has the cash and wants to be in a position to act as we enter into a period where there is likely to me price movements driven by new information.
I doubt that these shares will be traded before information is released, unless the executives/board member who hold them are up for some jail time.
