I think the company will still be issuing another 600 million shares just not to option holders at 1cent. Most likely a large insto under 1 cent. The fear is with a registry of close to 4 Billion SOI and far away from a project creating cash flows there will be many more raises to come. That means consolidation is a real risk here at present.
