Just an observation:

2,200,000 options·Silver City Minerals Limited (ASX: SCI) advises that the following unlisted options expired on 9 August 2014:  – exercise price 25 cents each

Followed by.....

The issue of 1,500,000 Employee Options exercisable at 10 cents each and expiring on 12 August 2017

I always thought the issue of Employee Options was an incentive to get on with the job and not a Right in Perpetuity.  While SCI isn't incompetent, it certainly can't be accuses of Bad Body Odor due to excessive activity.  Yes they do the work, but the work rate isn't anything to write home about and their presentations are for want of a better word "Last Century".

Perhaps a giddy-up on the work front and the communications/presentation skills is in order.
