Ann: Appendix 3B - Issue of Placement Shares, page-28

I'm a little confused as to just how much we raised - tired old brain I think. 

"Emerging Australian lithium developer, Core Lithium Ltd (ASX:CXO) (“Core” or the “Company”), is pleased to announce that it has received commitments to place approximately 60 million new shares at an issue price of A$0.05 per share to raise approximately $3 million, excluding costs (“Placement”). " 

The $3m was to comprise the following: 

A $1.5m "Cornerstone Commitment" :

$0.5m Yahua - $0.25 immediately, and $0.25m around 19th Jan following Chinese regulatory approval

$1.0m Ruifu

$1.5m from "other commitments"

"Core expects to be closing $1.25 million of the Cornerstone Commitments on or around Friday, 14 December 2018 (“Unconditional Cornerstone Commitment”) and is expecting to settle the balance of the Placement on or about Wednesday, 19December 2018." "Settlement of the balance of Placement is conditional on the Unconditional Cornerstone Commitment settling by Tuesday, 18 December 2018."  

What was announced on 19th December was the following: "the Company is issuing 48,000,000 fully paid ordinary sharesas announced on 10 December 2018.  The Company will issue the Shares to sophisticated, professional and institutional investors under a share placement raising $2,400,000 (before costs)".

As the words "cornerstone investors" was not mentioned in this announcement, did we raise $1.5m from Yahua and Ruifu, plus $2.4m from sophs? 

Or did we receive $0.25m from Yahua, $1m from Ruifu, and $1.15m from sophs (with another $0.25m to come from Yahua around 19th Jan)? 

Like I said, tired old brain …….
