Yes the dilition is not favorable for the shareholder at all, but from the recent price action over the last week more so, investors with deep pockets have been buying to want seem to be terriably run company, also could be institutions buying in suggesting someone knows something more than the general investor.
People wouldnt be poring large amounts of money into KBL if they thought the company would become insolvent in the short-term.
