    It is illegal for a Company to do insolvent Trading, i.e Supplier and employees are protected by law.

    Would this apply to shareholders as well; If we extend this a bit further.

    Can a Company go on selling/issuing it shares if it cannot survive?

    Can we assume KBL has a clear survival strategy?​
