    This placement is an interesting one because unless I am missing something, it doesn't appear to be a slam dunk 20% gain because the issue price is actually at .001. What it suggests to me is that someone is genuinely taking a risk on the share price of KBL as opposed to churning.

    This placement has got my attention in a positive way
