The company gets more money but the shareholders get frustrated by the selling. On the face of it, we have a lot of positive news of late and our share price should be much higher.
One positive is that it is being done now rather than when finance is approved.

Fine by me as it means no need for a capital raising. And besides, it's not like other ASX listed graphite companies whose hundreds of millions of options are being exercised at 400%-1000% discount to the current market price.
