Well I think he has now purchased 1/2 of the 10m shares. I think this is just sensible cash management on his part but equally the fact they should well be into the due diligence stage makes this latest payment at double the share price rather positive.

it's common sense. If sb can know inside info, if he put $0.5m out of his pockets, the return he expects is at least double. This is Chinese way, not charity,not donation. Do not need to analyze the project, just follow the inside news holder, simple like this.
