I think that the S&N agreement was made under the previous CEO .
Bone void filler is Possibly one of PNV's best products , but unfortunately when PNV made this agreement we would not have been a comanding position , being a low cap company without a great deal of cash , so it would not have been in our favour .
By challenging S&Ns inaction on the bone void filler in court , we could meet a fate the same as phosphagenics "BROKE " .
Better to let it slide and concentrate on our other products and keep full control of them .
At least PNV is not a one trick pony , with plenty of products to look forward to ,
I think PNV will become one of australia's premier companies .
